This is my brand new music blog, where I will post my music projects, instrument configurations and useful stuff.
As you probably can guess this blog is at the very beginning, as am I as a musician or more accurate sound artist or in German Klangkünstlerin.
My genre is experimental, algorithmic and generative electronica. I design and sometimes program my own sounds, which I play with a variety of controller, that are from low tech and cobbled together to very sophisticated technical marvels like the Eigenharp, that allows an expression that rivals any traditional, analog instrument.
I have programmed AIs for games and both the games aspect and the programming influence my work. As do my many years of photography and painting.
I like Supercollider, Pure Data, Max/Msp, PWGL and Ableton Live. I use a variety of plugins such as Omnisphere, Alchemy and the amazing TyrellN6. Expect more about all this in my future posts.
